"Hôtel is great but reception was not at all friendly. Possibly a new member of staff but no acknowledgement as we arrived. Continued writing something on a piece of paper and was not friendly. Professional I guess but not at all welcoming."

"Good stay and a good location, especially for the close by train station. There is also a tram stop close that serves many great locations in Bordeaux. One issue that we had and seems to be somewhat common, is our room AC never worked as well as expected. We had to get a fan to help from the hotel. ..."
