"Fait malheureux, un dégât d'eau par la femme de chambre à l'entrée de la chambre. Tapis mouillé et aucune indication. Situe6au 1er étage, vue sur un mur en construction et bruits suspects dans la nuit entre le plafond de la chambre et le plancher du 2ieme, comme de l'eau dégoulinant. Personnel assez serviable."

"Amazing space to stay off the beaten path. Lovely neighborhood. Room was just as advertised, maybe even better. The only few draw backs were that there was an amazing backyard but you couldn’t smoke in it so you needed to walk through the lobby each time you wanted to, which was fine due to their being adequate space in front which wasn’t far, so it never felt like you were being put out. Also the roomcleaners didn’t come around quick enough when we would step out and they didn’t offer...

"We loved this hotel. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay there again. This place seems to have a culture of hospitality. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeepers were very friendly and always ready to help. They have a lovely breakfast which was included in our package which may involve an extra charge. One tip is that the subway is at the end of the street. We arrived at the central train station and the tourist info person never mentioned that...

"Großes aber sehr hellhöriges Zimmer, selbst im 10. Stock hört man die Straße sehr laut. Personal hatte beim Check In einen Fehler gemacht, sich aber nicht einmal dafür entschuldigt. Personal beim guten Frühstück sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. An einem Tag wurde um 21 Uhr im Flur gesaugt und mit dem Sauger gegen die Türen gescheppert. Ansonsten alles ok, aber nicht herausragend. Lage okay. "

"The hotel is located in a congested part of city center. Self Parking is not free and supposedly not recommended by the staff. So had to pay extra 30 euros for the overnight parking which is shared with supermarket. Inconvenient to get with luggage from car park into the hotel. Hotel doesn’t have much place to socialise except for the restaurant. Our room was dark on lower level over looking a roof and surrounded closely by block of flats. Breakfast was way too expensive and we needed to leave...
