Very friendly staff and a great price. Sadly, we inadvertently booked a smoking room (that's our fault) so we didn't enjoy the stay and there were rug burns in many places.

Place was under new management from the last time I stayed, but the new people were taking just as good care of the place. Room was clean and comfortable

Very reasonable rate. Took care of our basic needs. Rooms were clean, plenty of water pressure in the shower and the bed was comfortable. AC was effective and ran quietly. Prebooked, so check in was quick and easy. The Mohawk, a newly opened restaurant/bar across the street had good food.

Good location, spacious parking, easy in and out. Sufficient amenities and comfortable, Gave it a four instead of a five for a few minor situations, like a loose toilet seat.

We went back in the allotted time frame to let the staff know our room was not ok to stay in and they refused to refund us our money even though we followed their POSTED time frame and process for doing so. We informed them we did not want the room and followed all of the steps and they would not work with us.

They do provide good customer service but the rooms are old, bathrooms super small, takes a long time for the water to heat up, blinds were broken in our room, carpet felt kinda tacky and it was a pet room, but still. Very basic room with a tv, small refridge and micro.

Simple hotel. Very plain, basic decor, but after staying at several other properties on this trip that were in this price range, and reflecting... this hotel stands out. Very clean, well maintained, and quiet. My only gripe is they need curtains badly on the secondary windows, it was difficult to sleep in past 6am. Would stay here again, absolutely.

Clean room except sheets had yellow stains on them. Friendly front desk folks. A/C was running when we walked in which was nice because it was a really hot day. Traveled with our two dogs. Very well maintained property. Didn’t notice a designated pet area but we found some grassy areas to use. Property is very close to highway so be careful with pets when outside.

Clean room. Overpowering fragrance, it lessened over time, but was noticable every time I left and came back in the room. It's a 2-star motel so not a lot of amenities. It did have a large recliner with a footrest, so that was a pleasant surprise.

The room appeared clean, but had a musty smell. Turning on the fan, opening a window and a generous spritz of Febreze helped with the odor. Towels and sheets were clean. It’s an older motel in Chadron.

Bed was comfortable. Air room temp was easy to set. TV worked well. Having a refridgerator and microwave in the room was well done. Only thing was parking in the corner where we were, 40 and 41. was awkward.

Hotel is very clean and very conveniently located on the main strip through town in chadron. It's an older hotel and the decoration inside is quite dated but still clean and well kept. My only complaint is the bathroom, these toilets are some from somewhere in the mid-1950s. They're designed for Asian midgets. Most modern toilets have moved to the oval shape. These are very cleary Eisenhower era round miniature toilets. My wife and I are both very tall and it was just kind of awkward. Will stay here again if necessary but would like to find a place with more modern amenities for the restroom. But it does what it needs to do it's a hotel it's clean you can sleep and park right by your room which was super nice.

Drainflies ruled the room. Hotel provided comical miniature fly swatters and after killing at least 10-12 flies we were down to 3-4 that proved too elusive. Shower is poorly designed and outfitted resulting in moldy discolored shower curtains that mostly failed to prevent water flooding the bathroom floor. Hotel charged wrong credit card due to Expedia incorrect info and a duplicate reservation. Staff was nice and friendly, but we would not repeat nor recommend this property.
