"While the actual hotel stay was good it was disappointing that the property was unable to be flexible with a booking error, while it was my mistake booking the wrong dates when I tried to correct this within 24h the property was unwilling to re-schedule or cancel the booking made in error leaving me with a 2nd booking was unable to use."

"Can't fault the hotel, WiFi was strong, TV worked, shower was great, Aircon was great, beds were very comfortable, it was clean and best location for MK Marathon weekend! Honestly can't fault it and waiting to book again for next year"

"Can't speak highly enough of my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I didn't get the name of the guy at the counter but he helped sort out a cot for my daughter as well as a mini-fridge, really felt he went the extra mile. Room itself was quiet and clean and in great condition. My only small complaints (and this is minor stuff): breakfast is just ok, when you get out of bed in the night there is a light that turns on automatically - I saw elsewhere in the reviews that people liked this but I like my room dark so I would this quite annoying, it would be good if there was an option to swtich it off (this may exist and I just missed it). Overall though great stay and I would not hesitate to reccommend staying here."

"When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up sleeping on the floor and leaving early in the morning. I still didn't see any staff. I wont be using this place again."
