"Very clean & quiet. Nice, basic, no frills. Older and a little worn, firm mattress in the King cabin. Nice to have a dedicated parking space. A short drive (not walking distance)from the village or grocery. No onsite staff- just online registration and text messages with someone working remotely- so no recommendations for where to eat, get coffee etc. Overall good value."

"What a nice hotel. It appears to be brand new and well maintained. It was clean and bright and new. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our comfy beds and the full breakfast each morning. The hotel is in the town of Big Bear, a few blocks from the "village" area. We drove, but you could probably walk. There is a nice seating area outside with firepits. We would stay again for sure."

"They upgraded us to one of the nicer sweets that had a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bed with a separate bathroom, all for well under $200 a night. You can use the amenities at both of their properties, they have a heated pool at one of them. "My room door could be opened easily with a credit card or butter knife . I asked the front desk for another room they said there were no more available until I showed him video proof. Then in the middle of the night they tried to take 1,000$ out of my account. My bank stopped the transaction and shut my debit card off . I had to use my credit card for the remainder of my stay. "On expedia the property looks awesome. Reality is totally different. They are not maintained. Everything is dingy. We did not end up spending the night due to us finding roaches on our pizza as we watched television. I informed property via message and they did not offer to make things right."
