I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever...

"The Blanket hotel has excellent staff. It is a boutique hotel but has all the amenities you need. They also provide lots of additional services such as yoga, nature walk, cooking demos and so on. The pool is also beautiful. The location next to the waterfall makes it magical. The other guests don’t follow rules much when it comes to use of the pool in proper attire. The staff of the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and positive attitude. Kudos to their floor manager and all the staff and a big thank you!"

"Even though we only stayed there one night, it was such a pleasant experience. The bed was the best thing. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. The check in staff Ajju and Amal (I think that’s their names) were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet opened a little past said time but the food was delicious. Jacob the executive chef was very nice to us and the tea he made was really good. However the safe inside the room didn’t work, the handles on the drawers in the room were broken. The lock on the glass door opening to the balcony was broken and the balcony was really dirty. But overall we really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely stay there again!"
