"The hotel check-in was smooth and fast. My room was comfortable and spacious. The only problem that I had was that a worker entered my room without knocking at 5pm. I was undressing at the time. I was completely startled. I called the front desk, and they found that one of the engineers went to the wrong room. The manager was very accommodating and apologetic."
