"The staff, check in and hotel were amazing. The only thing was the last night & morning we were there the a/c didn't seem to be cooling the room. We were having extreme heat waves the week we were there so that could have had something to do with it. Other than that everything was great!"

"We stayed at Hotel Mazarin for four nights. Everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel in French Quarter and closed to all main attractions of the city. The only caveat is that if you are over 60 and suffer from arthritis, please ask for a room either on the first floor or the second. There is no elevator access to the third floor due to the phenomenal architecture of the hotel. Have pity on your aching knees and hips. Otherwise, it is an excellent place."

"The only thing was something other folks have mentioned—the noise. Frankly it was the music from the hotel itself, and maybe since my room was directly over the lobby? The music at the entrance never stopped and kept me awake all night. Other than that, beautiful place and gorgeous aesthetic."
