Underground garage parking good. It's shared with IBIS. Difficult to reach on square where it is located. Others arriving shared their struggles also. Careful your day/ nav knows! Some rooms are outside main hotel structure in a courtyard
Our room had a ceiling leak with water initially pooring through. The lead staff member sorted out another room - no problem - he was very efficient. The walk from garage in rain to hotel off motorcycle or from car maybe an issue carrying luggage.
Beautiful hotel, so stylish, the staff where so friendly and the rooms are amazing. Situated in the centre of town with easy access to the bars and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.
The staff was very friendlyand the breakfast excellent although quite expensive. The room was a good size but the bedding was a mess: 2 quilts into 1 cover, all bunched up, curtains of the hooks and carpets in access to rooms have seen better days. Excellent location though and the champagne bar is a plus.
Great stop over on the way from southern France to Calais. Was able to park in the car park and reserve the electric car charger which was really helpful
This was our first stay in Châlons-en-Champagne, and it certainly will not be the last!
Wonderful dog friendly hotel in the middle of the city, with a lovely champagne bar attached, lots of great restaurants near by, and a beautiful little park a few min away.
The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and spacious, and the service from the staff was excellent!
Was blown away by the hotel.
Staff were excellent and professional. Even with a language difference.
Rooms were clean and spacious.
Ideally located in town square.
Beautiful location with friendly staff. On site parking, a great stop over location.
Only moan is the shower which runs cold and trickle when someone flushes the loo!
Right at the center of the city and ended up enjoying a nice concert in the square from our hotel. Really pleasant. Property is all but renovated to a good standard. Spacious and brilliant for the children.
Hotel was in wonderful position in city centre square and offer of overnight parking in underground carpark nearby hotel for €10 also very good. There was also parking in the square.
Some of fittings in room a bit wonky but apart from that, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Buffet breakfast was huge with special teas and teapots on offer but would have preferred teabags for convenience!
The staff were very friendly and helpful but we couldn’t get a coffee in the bar after 7pm.
Breakfast was good the room was very tired. No dinner but loads of restaurants in the square so no problem.
We stayed in the apartment unit from this hotel - it was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It had two bedrooms for our family, which was the reason that it was chosen. It was in a bit older of a building, but the location was convenient and while the bathroom felt slightly outdated, it was a suitable option.
We booked the apartment but there was an issue with WIFI. The staff offered 2 double in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Big bed and nice bathroom. No international channels on tv.

Bad nights sleep due to faulty air con
The room was great but the air conditioning unit was faulty which started making a buzzing sound every 20 mins and intermittently. This also meant the windows had to be opened so very noisy. Would have complained in the middle of night but room was located across town square away from main hotel. Not enough toilet roll provided. So all in all the nights stay at this hotel was not fit for purpose due to sleep disturbance.
We had booked two rooms and surprised to find we weren't in the main hotel but an apartment opposite. The rooms were lovely and it was great to have the place to ourselves. We had two apartments, each two bedrooms.
Each apartment was well equipped and had very comfy beds, pillow and simply the most amazingly soft towels!
There was a kitchenette, and the fridge had bottled water in it.
It was a little noisy at night but it was the murmur of voices rather than music and it didn’t stop us from sleeping.
The location is a nice square with bars and restaurants, only spoilt by the car park in the middle. But it was very convenient.
All the staff were lovely and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again and explore the area more.
Oh. Did I mention the hotel had a champagne bar!!

Did the job but disappointing overall
For what we needed, it was fine. We wanted secure parking and the possibility of charging our EV overnight. I pre-booked a space and the hotel staff sorted it out. That was great. However, I really don’t think this is a four star hotel. Our bathroom was very old fashioned (shower over a bath with no proper mixer tap so the water ran hot and cold without warning.) The water leaked out onto the floor very easily as well. Room decor was dated and the room was very dark. The breakfast was average to poor. We had much better this trip on nights we stayed in Campaniles and (in particular) a B&B. I would have expected the reverse given that Le Renard was more expensive.
Amazing luxury hotel in a beautiful town. Breakfast was great out on the terrace. Enjoyed a nice afternoon by the rooftop pool sipping cocktails looking over the town. Staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault it!
