"It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place...

"The room itself was pretty basic, but the bed was comfortable and the balcony view straight across to the beachfront was awesome. In fact, the hotel's proximity to the beach and all the local amenities was its biggest plus... great location!
