"The staff was super friendly and helpful, they took care of our requests and were always available. Breakfast was delicious a ton of options to choose from and everything was delicious. Overall this is a 4.5 out of 5 rating, the only downside is that the room interior and bathrooms are a little outdated but nothing big, just it will be good to refresh a little bit. The parking lot staff was above and beyond, they deserve the recognition as they took really good care of us. Everything else was just perfect and the location is unbeteable right in front of the lake with an amazing view of the volcanoes and in front of the casino, all the restaurants and stores are at a walking distance no more than 5-10 minutes away. Keep up the good work!"
