"Really nice hotel with a beautiful view of Mount Blanc. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all, we arrived by motorcycle which we had already told them of in advance, we were very hot clad in bike clothing and were told we had to wait from our arrival at 3:15pm until exactly 4pm for our room ..."

"Breakfast was extremely overpriced. Pool hours are only 10 am to 8 pm which was quite limiting. Got a voucher for ice cream at check in which we couldn’t avail until 8 pm, at which time we were out to dinner and unable to redeem afterward. In a noisy area, higher floor rooms are probably better."
