We were disappointed when we arrived after a long day of travel and were unable to use the restaurant or bar due to a private party and restaurants in town were closed until dinner. The room - bed and bathroom were great, other furniture in the room (ie chairs) were not useable "

"Personnel aux petits soins c'est très reposant. Séjour déroulé le dernier week-end de févier sous un soleil changeant, mais le dernier jour nous avons pu faire une grande ballade au milieu des vignes qui sont au pied de l'hôtel. C'était magnifique avec le soleil. Le spa et la piscine sont top même en hiver doux comme ce week-end 12-14°C. La piscine est chauffée donc au un problème même à 9h du matin. Sinon la chambre deluxe est bien mais l'éclairage est un peu faible ou compliqué à notre goût....

But what they consider a pillow in the room cannot possibly be a pillow! It’s a rag that threatens human health! The bed is the same. I’m not talking about luxury or even comfort!! I’m talking about the most basic items...

"Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück gegen Aufpreis. Das Hotel ist grundrenoviert worden, liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt von Reims und ist auch mit dem Auto sehr gut von der Autobahn erreichbar. Parken in der Tiefgarage für 20 Euro ist OK. Einziger Punkt der uns nicht gefallen hat waren die Matratzenschoner aus Plastik, mit denen man nachts stark schwitzt. Ansonsten ein schöner Aufenthalt. "
