"This is a gem of a property, the staff are so welcoming and the accommodation is very well appointed with just 5 rooms, we stayed in Chambre No.1 which was massive it covers the first 4 windows on the first floor with 2 rooms [bedroom & sitting room] please a good bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Even though the accommodation and our room is right on front, Av. De Champagne at night there was no road traffic so we had no issues with having windows open during the night [there is AC as well...

"Hotel is relatively new , modern and as such is very well decorated with quality fittings. The breakfast area and the terrace bar area were good. The variety of the breakfast offering was more than consistent of a hotel with less than 30 rooms. Points to bear in mind, part of the hotel doesn’t have a lift so some people may struggle to get to the rooms on the second floor. The onsite parking was ideal. The location of the hotel was excellent for all attractions and bars and restaurants....

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot...

We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. "Sehr schönes Hotel, außerordentlich gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten, toller Spa- & Fitnessbereich, schöne großzügige Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt: sehr spärliche Auswahl für Vegetarier in Abendkarte. Es gab ein einziges vegetarisches Hauptgericht - auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass die meisten einfach zwei Vorspeisen wählen würden. Sehr schade für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse."
