Given a dirty room, clerk was confused about checking in people. He did check out the second room before turning the pass key over. Mold in the shower, paint flaking while taking a shower. Best Western Plus Champaign/Urbana Inn
Rooms were gross-bathroom was locked from the inside. Pool was broken with no warning about that when booking. We ended up not staying a single night and were told we wouldn’t get a refund. Would never book again.
