"The description said "private balcony" there was no private balcony in the room. There were also tiny tiny bugs in the sink. We asked for an extra hour after checkout, the lady seemed so annoyed and responded with "I can do an extra 30 minutes". Our biggest problem was the no balcony."

"The breakfast was not up to par with price of the room. The room was not cleaned every day. For the asking price per night the room should be cleaned everyday. Very disappointing!"

"The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There were egg bites you could heat up in the microwave, yogurt, waffle makers, toast and bagels with spreads. My sister and I thought the coffee didn’t taste very good and was pretty weak. My niece liked it though. Our biggest concern was the tub was slippery for our first showers, but seemed to settle down after that.
