"Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great BBQ area with free propane and laundry station and full sized fridge to use in common area and great little kitchenette in our room. Bit dusty and some crumbs found in kitchen area. A bit of smell in room, like a strong scented cleaning product, maybe rug cleaner. No individual heat/AC connected to other rooms so could not adjust."

"The place was ok. The information about continental breakfast was misleading. First of all, there is no room, nor tables and chairs at all to seat down and enjoy the breakfast. You need to eat in your on the bed because there is only one chairs. We where a family of 3. They have to go items such as fruits, yogurt, juice,muffins and boiled egg. Continental freakfast is total different in my experience. Also, check in is at after 4:00 pm which is pretty annoying specially after a long driving...

"Great location and listed as a Signature hotel. Not sure if they have a staff shortage, common area a bit unkept. Noticed dirty towels and dishes in the hallway for two days as an example."

"My worst experience ever! Expedia rating or review rating of this hotel disappointed me and I never again trust the rating on Expedia. Everywhere in the property including the room, pool, breakfast area were not clean at all hot tub was not working, we saw stains on pool towels. I do not recommend it at all"

"Clean property with very nice dog friendly rooms - seems like recently renovated. Breakfast was great. Only downside was a that the pool was small and very busy (kids teams at hotel). We’d stay again."

"Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent front end staff and amazing housekeeping. They changed our towel and made our beds. Very few hotels do that these day. The hide a bed however was a little less desirable. You will have to ask for more bedding to sleep on top due to a very spring felt bed. However that’s the only drawback Very quiet and relaxing hotel"

"The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly. We had two double beds and two couches. The couches were very dirty and need to be cleaned. The beds were quite comfortable. We kept our shoes on as the floor has seen better days. Very limited parking. "

"Clean room and excellent check in process. Kitchen comes with a fridge and microwave. But you need to bring your own cutleries, plates, cups, etc. Having your own hot water dispenser will be helpful. The double beds can be a bit small for 2 sharing adults. We also like the location and parking. Good overall experience for our weekend stay."

"This was weird hotel. It’s clean but no amenities, no coffee machine, no daily cleaning service. The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly however the rest of the staff were very friendly. Asked for my receipt to be emailed and sure enough it didn’t happen. Now I need to call them. "

"The hotel had an old world charm, but it was one of my worst stays in a hotel - our room was on the 4.5 floor, between floors 4 and 5. I had to carry the luggage of our family up one flight of stairs - TV was not hooked up. It took me 30 mins to get it working - Could not set room temperature. The AC and heat were both on - making a coffee in the morning was a challenge. The cable on the coffee machine was only 3 inches long and had to move it really close to a plug - should I say it...

"My son and I stayed here because hotels in town were sold out for a long weekend. My standards are not that high, but a hotel room should be clean no matter how low the price is. This room was gross. It was dirty and it smelled bad. Ledges of tiling and behind the toilet look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. There’s a reason they make you pay upfront."
