"One night stay. First i didnt know there was going to be a $100 automatic deposit. We had already paid for our room ahead of time and nowhere was there a statement of a deposit. Second our rooms 2nd deadbolt lock was broken. We notified front desk but we didnt have time to switch rooms so left it as that. Went to our event and came back for the night ready to get in bed, when we noticed the sheets had black scuff marks indicating they werent washed or changed. It was late and we were just tired so we chose to just sleep on top of the main blanket. Notified front desk upon check out and was told i would receive an email of my check out, etc. Still waiting on receiving that."

"Ac was not working in the first room, moved to another room and smelt like cigarettes, third room was ok. Pool was not available for use"

"Disappointed in the breakfast. They were out of a lot of stuff. The floors in the room were dirty, dropped something and made the mistake of looking under the couch and was disgusted, crumbs and thick layer of dust and dirt. The shower door didn’t stay closed and shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Water pressure was low in the sink. There were loud barking large dogs in the room next door. The pool was nice. There was a pest company at the back of the building with hoses into a room. When we asked what the pests were they said they couldn’t say."

"This was not a "resort". It was comparible to a cheaper radisson or best western. Not sure how they came up with that rating. "

"Everything was absolutely amazing. The pool for the regular users could be a bit cleaner and the hot tub was awfully small and not very warm but otherwise it was very lovely and Clean And beautiful"

"The casino was nice. Winnings were good. The room was a bit small. The bed was too firm and the bathroom was mediocre. But all in all, was a good stay."
