"Lovely comfortable stay for solo travellers. Just off the main road and walking distance to old town and night bazar markets. Many tour companies near by to book excursions, the hotel also provides them but is cheaper to book off the main road. Everything was great with this place, hot water, tc, AC, kettle, towels and cleaning every day. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear of the neighbour has TV on etc but not an issue as you're out most of the day. "

"Due to upgrades being made at My Chiang Mai Boutique lodge, our time was split between that hotel and The Warehouse Chiang Mai. The staff at both locations were exceptionally kind and helpful! I wouldn't call this a hugh e d hotel - none of the hotels in Thailand were, but both of these hotels obviously care about their customers. The Warehouse Chiang Mai had the best shower of any hotel we've stayed in!"

"Very surly staff. No porter and no lift. Rooms tiny with no real window. Separate seating area is a two seater bench in an alcove. Why do hotels tell lies. No parking and area had no parking. All in all a bad choice of mid priced hotels. Save your money and go somewhere decent "
