The room in general was clean, though could have on occasion been given a deeper clean. In a couple of occasions things were missed but were rectified after being mentioned. Room AC was sometimes a bit hot and miss often waking up because it was too hot and dry Facilities were really good

Grand City Hotel Changwon
It was very inconvinient as the counter was only open from 6:30am to 1am. Because we had to check in at midnight due to flight trouble, and had to check out early in the morning. There was no hotel staff who could check us out. we have never faced thirs problem with other hotels before.
