"Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

"staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. complimentary breakfast was delicious, and though my ferry was delayed, they stayed up to let me into my room past check in time. adorable suite, ideal location. some mould in the shower, but overall i would absolutely stay here again!"

"I absolutely LOVE this hotel. You can find peacefulness but at the same time, just a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of the charming old town of Chania. The location is what it really offers. The hotel itself is cute and quaint. Only a few things to know, 1. There are no elevators so it can be a hassle dragging a big piece of luggage up a long flight of stairs. And 2. There is constantly no one at the reception desk. Other than that, this place was amazing!"

"Loved our stay at the Akali Hotel! Beautiful facilities. In a very convenient and walkable area steps away from restaurants and Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Also had stellar service from front desk staff (particularly Irena who was very helpful for recommendations throughout our stay). Would recommend!"
