"The temperature was 35C, we arrrived past 7pm and were exhausted, we checked in through phone instruction. It was good till we turn on AC which was not working and we were told it'll be fix the following day. Very inconvinient and terrible experience due to thunderstorm, time and situation. They can't give us a new room because it was full at that time. They know from the start the AC was not working and we were not informed ahead of time. "Overall this property was clean service w was nice bed was comfortable. Hotel is old and in a real poor area . However it’s min away from the metro so that’s a plus if you want to get to the city central in about 25 min. No traffic it’s about 20 min from the airport . When traffic is bad can take over 1 hr."

"Would not book with this hotel again. The room was burning and there is no A/C, which was not clearly indicated in their listing. There was no soap we had to wash our hands with dish detergent and there is no window cover for the windows. We needed to keep the window open to get some air and the place got flooded with mosquitoes and we got eaten.
PS. They require a deposit upon checking in which was not mentioned on the listing. Also the access to the building is hard to find with no...
