I never expect a hotel to offer me what wasn’t advertised and at the same time I don’t tolerate receiving a room where the things that were advertised upon booking, are broken or malfunctioning. The room’s window was massively crooked allowing a ton of insects to enter the room, the shower was too cold and after a 4-day hike in the mountains with only cold showers and a bad throat, a hot shower...

"I loved my 6 nights stay here. The location is good, with only a short walk to the town centre. It was quiet, with a/c and a good shower. The host, Jorge, is very friendly and provided incredible service. He speaks a little English, so communication was easy. Breakfast was really good! The selection was large, and with plenty of fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again."

"Ficamos 1 final de semana na pousada Mirante de Lençóis, e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes! A pousada é composta de chalés individuais , é limpa e super agradável. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã é delicioso. Os quartos e instalações são limpas e novas. E o mais importante aceita animais de estimação e não cobram taxas! Tivemos dificuldades de achar acomodações em Lençóis, pois a maioria não aceita ou cobra um absurdo de taxa, mas a pousada Mirante de Lençóis não...

"The good things first: great breakfast, really nice and friendly staff and the location great in the sense that there is no noise from mc´s or street sounds. The room on the photo was NOT what we got. We got a tiny room with no shelves and no hooks, a tiny bathroom where the toilet was 1 cm away from the shower cabin, no bedlamps but just a bulb under the fan but the most negative aspect was the noise from people talking, walking and everything else that was happening in the vicinity. "Chegamos por volta das 14:00 e a reserva não foi confirmada pela funcionária que nos atendeu. Não nos permitiu fazer o checkin nos obrigando a “passear” pela cidade até que ela pudesse “confirmar” a reserva. A funcionária, que parecia ser camareira, foi hostil e deselegante, sem sabermos o motivo, já que não insistimos no checkin. Retornamos por voltas das 18:00 e já tinha recepção."
