"Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. "

"Great hotel in a beautiful location right on the River Dee. The views are incredible. Ample parking. Nice room (with river view), and modern bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were very well made. Service everywhere was excellent. There was a wedding going on my first night - I didn’t hear a thing. At first I thought the bed felt firm, but I had great sleeps both nights. Overall, an excellent hotel, and I will stay again if I’m in the area."

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "

However, as a hotel there were definitely concerns and functional issues. If it had been more than one night, we would have demanded a refund and left. "Inside rhe bathroom was a north American plug in. For 110v and 220v. Room cleaning is excellent. Wow. Shower was spotless when i came back. Amazing. Great location to union street bars. 1.2-2km walk to some amazing pubs. Parking is free if you get a spot arrive early dont move. Friday noon was lined up so i stayed put and walked instead. Breakfast is 5 stars. Coffee cappacino full english breakfasts. Everything u could want included in my price for the night."
