"Good"

"All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests."

"Superb location on bay with harbour full of expensive boats. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Room was modernised to very high standard. Inexpensive parking at nearby underground car parks. "

"Very clean. Great view on the port. Nice little balcony. The winter room price was reasonable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Indoor pool listed as an amenity but it was going to cost €20 per person extra for 4 hours per day. The parking garage is also extra and it is a very tight squeeze and an unpleasant space. "

"I am giving 3 stars only because we bought an ocean view room, but a construction was going on and the ocean view was blocked. We didn’t get any notification about the construction and we still paid extra for the ocean view option. "

"Het is een budget hotel dus mag je er niet teveel van verwachten. Ontbijt was OK. Kamer is klein. Parkeren bij het hotel was mogelijk, maar kom niet te laat, want dan staat de parkeerplaats vol met busjes van werklui die ook in het hotel verblijven. Het hotel ligt in een gebied met bedrijven, er is niets bijzonders omheen. OK voor één nacht op doorreis maar zou een volgende keer een ander hotel kiezen."

"The position at the boulevard and near the sea site is pleasant; the old -but simple- center of the village is at a walking distance as well. As far as the hotel I have the impression that some of the employees don’t care too much for the business. And for sure nobody cares for the little bit of flora present as the plants were more or less dead. The backrest of a chair was partially rotten, again showing poor management and personnel involvement. But be did not care too much for these minus...

"I never got my room because of a Gas Leak, when I booked 4 rooms in Febuary the charged me for the 4 rooms. After our stay. The Hotel made a 2nd charge of 3 rooms on June 8 another $1514.69 CAD, total fraud and my Credit card are aware"
