"Unfortunately got charged $250 for a smoking fee; mind you I spent the entire weekend there with my 3 year old daughter and do not even smoke.
I called multiple times to speak to a supervisor regarding this charge, was finally called back and sent a form to dispute the smoking fee. My fiance and I filled out the form and sent it back.
Our reservation was July 17th, it has been 7 days I disputed that charge via email.
I never got any type of update, email, call or refund yet still. Meanwhile I...

"This hotel looked so cute in the pictures. We got there at 8:30 at night, stopping overnight on our drive from Boston. The hotel smelled so musty, our room was so far away with so many turns and 3 floors of steps. Room was old, bug crawling down the wall. We didn't even stay. I just wasn't comfortable there at all. We got back in our car at 9:00 at night and drove home. Please read all the reviews. I wish I had."
