Great hotel for short stays and if you have a car. The food is pricy but delicious. The perfume sprays in the hallways need to be calibrated down, the odour is pleasant but too dense.

moins bien que d habitude , decue
merci à Mohamed pour son excellent accueil comme toujours, le bar et restaurant le soir très bien, par contre, côté chambre balcon rempli de mégots et malgré ma demande rien n'a été nettoyé et grosse deception au restaurant le midi, je commande une viande maturée 'Valk Butcher 'et finalement il n'y en a pas,on m'en fait choisir une autre, 10 euros plus cher, je demande un geste au responsable du restaurant Luc pour faire au meme prix que celle initialement choisie et validé par le serveur, un NON sec, aucun geste commercial, pourtant nous étions 5 à table et nous avons encore laissé une tres belle addition et je suis une cliente fidele depuis plusieurs annees, la prochaine fois j'inviterai mes clients ailleurs le midi !

Nous vous garantissons que si malgré tout vous reveniez chez nous, nous regarderons pour vous faire une petite attention pour nous faire pardonner de ce désagrément. Scarsa professionalità. Clienti presi in giro.
Esperienza molto negativa dopo anni che frequento questo albergo. Causa errore su sito Hotel.com, mi sono ritrovata con una doppia prenotazione per me stessa. Premetto che viaggio sempre da sola per lavoro. Era evidente quindi che non avrei occupato da sola due stanza. Alla richiesta di annullarne una la receptionist mi dice che per loro non ci sono problemi ma che devo farlo tramite Hotel.com. Passo mezz'ora a contattare l'operatore di Hotel.com il quale mi dice di dover contattare l'albergo via mail..tre giorni dopo ricevo la risposta che l'hotel non vuole rimborsare. Prendere in giro così è una vergogna per una catena come il Vandervalke. Avrebbero potuto comunicare subito la loro decisione senza farmi perdere tempo. Ad ogni modo io non sono morta per aver pagato due stanze e loro non sono divetati più ricchi, di certo non mi vedranno più e non gli invierò più clienti. Da dopo periodo covid servizio pessimo e scarsa professionalità sopratutto nel ristorante dove servono diversi camerieri che perdono per strada gli ordini...tempi di attesa lunghi e poca cortesia...sono molto delusa... Me lo ricordavo diversamente....

Abbiamo 165 stanze e moltissime chiamate telefoniche. Dunque il nostro personale chiede alle persone avendo prenotato su internet di fare domande di cambiamento su internet, e veranno risposte. La sua domanda di cancellazione è arrivata troppo tardi. Abbiamo simplicemente seguito la politicha di vendità scritta sul sito. Very nice property with splendid brasserie and lounge bar outside. Staff is very helpful without having the feeling that it is “forced behaviour”. Very clean and contemporary hotel. 1 remark : the sink of my bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival, all the rest was perfectly ok so I assume it was just forgotten but at least something to be checked by the floor cleaning supervisor… But again… overall it was a great experience 👍

Bad customer service.
Hotel claims to have shuttle to and from the airport. They don't, they use a ver bad taxi company. I called the hotel to pick us up at 11:15 pm and didn't show up until 12:35 am. They refused to reimburse me if I took another taxi. So, to apace us, they gave breakfast, which we normally don't eat. No discounts for the room nor return to airport. I would not recommend them.

Très agréable, très professionnel, le restaurant était génial et on a passé une nuit apaisante dans une chambre bien accommodé et confortable.

Chambre mansardée compliquée quand on mesure 1,90m
Bien mais pas non plus une expérience incroyable. Restaurant très bruyant avec de la musique forte (au final j'ai fini par abandonner!) Sur la chambre cétait propre, mais me donner une chambre mansardée alors que je mesure presque 1,90m... J'ai passé ma soirée plié et à me cogner dans les meubles. Pour un hôtel près de l'aéroport de Charleroi, oubliez le petit déjeuner si vous devez être à l'aéroport avant 7h00.

Nous sommes désolés si la musique était très forte à votre gout. Nous avons des responsables dans notre restaurant à qui vous pouvez directement faire ce genre de plainte pour votre prochain séjour. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner ouvre à 06h30 jusque 10h30, cela est bien mentionné sur le site Expédia. Toutefois, vous pouvez demander un lunch pakket au tarif de 15.00 où vous avez le choix entre:2 sandwichs, 1 boisson et un fruit. Nous le préparons et vous le donnons à l'heure de votre départ.J'espère vous accueillir à nouveau.Bien à vous

Some highs and some lows at this place.
We'll start with the highs: Probably the best shower I've had. Took a little while to warm up, but had really good pressure and felt really nice. You could use both the shower and the handheld shower at the same time. The is no grips on the floor of the shower so it becomes slippy with soap. If I'd have been travelling with my wife then the separate toilet and bathroom is a good feature. The room I booked was spacious. Lots of pillows on the bed and a good area to work. A few of the TV channels didn't work, but as the TV is a smart TV then I just used the YouTube app. Live entertainment in the restaurant was good and they played a wide range of music. The lows: Probably the worst meal of my trip. Nothing really suited my preference from the starters menu so I ended up ordering Nachos. They should have called it chips and salsa as thats all it came with. Very plain and unappealing. Only ended up eating 1/5 of them. I then ordered ribs as again nothing took May fancy. Burgered and beefed out from my trip. Some chicken would have been nice, settled on Ribs. When they arrived they were so dry. The portion size was good though. Chips and salad was nice. Didn't get any real attention from the waiting staff to ensure the food was OK. I saw burgers going past that looked like they could have been a better choice. Booked the transfer service from he front desk as I needed to get to Charleroi airport for my flight in the mo
