"Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air...

I was told to call back the morning of our reservation and then was told it was not promised. Upon arrival, we were not able to check in early and killed time until normal check in and were not even able to check in at 3:00pm for their normal check in, waiting until 5:00 after pushing several times insisting...

"Great stay, one item that would make it better is adding yoga mats or stretch mats to the gym. There was only 1 available and someone was using it. That is an inexpensive item to add multiple of and make them accessible hanging on the wall or near towel area for easy access for everyone. "

"I booked this hotel based on the pool. When we got there, it was drained. There was no notice stating it was not in service at time of stay. Other area hotels had their pools open at the time of stay so I had no reason to think otherwise. This hotel is also under construction and there was also no notice stating that as well. There are dehumidifiers lining the hallway and the new wallpaper is falling off the hallway walls. We also accidentally left an outfit hanging in the closet and it couldn’t...

"They could not find my reservation because of the apostrophe in my name, they did not have a room for me, 35 minutes of standing in lobby while staff went behind closed doors to “figure it out”, they “upgraded” me to a room with no coffee pot, a fed full size refrigerator and a closet right next to bed with some kind of very loud generator in it"
