We walked to the historic district even though it’s 35 minutes away. It was great weather and we discovered lots of places along the way. The hotel itself was immaculate and has such great staff that are so very helpful. The pool is small but nice for a few laps to cool off.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The location was ideal for our needs. We were in walking distance from a great restaurant, our view was incredible, we were no more than a 10 to 15 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go, the lobby was beautifully decorated and smells amazing and our room was very clean. The only down side was the room was rather small, the bathroom and shower were extremely small and the mattresses left a lot to be desired.

Waterfront Location: This hotel is in such a great spot — right on the banks of the Ashley River in downtown Charleston. Clean and Comfortable Stay: The rooms were super clean, and some even have full waterfront views or balconies with partial views of the river and marina. There’s also a rooftop sitting area overlooking the Ashley River. Fitness Center: The fitness center is really nice, Easy Access to Freeways: It’s close to the freeway, so getting around Charleston was easy. Recommendation: If you can, definitely try to get a room with a waterfront view — it makes the stay even better!

Great stay for a short stay in Charlestone

While not quite downtown, a great value for modern hotel comfort. Overall great experience and would stay here again. I specially appreciated hassle free free self parking.

We picked this hotel because of the water marina view from some of the rooms which was perfect for our 3 night stay there. It is also located within a 10-15 minute drive to the French Quarter of Charleston. Note that there are no real dining options nearby and you will need a car to reach many of the restaurants. There is a grocery store just down the street which was convenient to get some drinks/snacks. Also the entrance to the hotel is located on a road that does not allow you to make left hand turns on exiting the premises. So getting to and from the hotel was a bit awkward (must drive down the street and circle back to head in the opposite direction.)
