"I maybe got two or three hours of sleep. It almost sounds on the backside of the property like the window is open because you hear everything every pothole every car you just can’t sleep. The AC was pretty decent, but it still felt very muggy in the room. we found two dead beetles in the bathroom and hair in the tub. there were stains on the sheet cover. The smell from the pool of bleach radiated all through the lobby. I would not stay here again."

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and offered to check us in early when we asked about the shuttle service to the concert at the coliseum that evening. Bar was very convenient. We did not try the restaurant but heard great things about it from other friends in our group"

"I have always liked the Marriott chain of hotels, and I see that the staff do their best to accommodate guests. My one disappointment is that the hotel no longer provides toilet paper or towels unless you request it. I must commend the staff for understanding as someone at the front=-desk allowed me a ride to a short distance as the heat index was in the low 100's and I had my two young adults with me, (one has Aspergers)."

"The day before check in I was informed over the phone that the airport shuttle was available for me at 11:40pm. The shuttle only runs until 10pm. That's the whole reason I choose to stay at this hotel and I was unable to locate where they say there is limited service. So I was misinformed by staff. However, when we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel had a bit of a smell. Though the room was large, and didn't smell itself. Breakfast was okay."

"I loved the retro feel of the property.
My room with the curved sofa, and the glass shower enclosure were lovely. The bed was comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed a glass of wine and a bite to eat at the bar.
It was a difficult time for me, and I was traveling alone with my little service dog.
Everyone was very kind, and I was allowed a late ck out the following day.
It was a delightful surprise, to walk through the glass doors and feel transported to a more refined...

"This Courtyard is nice enough, but I think there’s a management issue as the staff across departments seem poorly trained and unhappy. Despite the “do not disturb” tag, housekeeping rapped on the door on many mornings. The room keys only worked for 2-3 days before needing to see the grumpy front desk people about getting them reset. The bartender was unable to find wine without help, despite there being pictures of them hanging up and matching the menu. I don’t blame any of the individuals, but...
