"Location was very close to downtown. The Bed very comfortable amenities in room and bathroom were like new. Breakfast and Host were exceptional, breakfast room was bright very Welcoming! Will stay again when visiting Newport in the Future!"

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"Location alone could not be better. Our suite was perfect very very comfortable and clean. Access was seamless and did appreciate the texting communication. I’m not sure if it’s a seasonal complementary service, but there was no continental type of breakfast in the mornings I was under the impression from the photos online. But honestly, it was not a big deal at all did not hinder or hurt our stay we went ahead and tried to rebook a couple weeks from now, but not surprised very popular location...
