"First of all, there were not many staff members who knew what they were doing. You could ask a question and they didn’t know the answer. We asked for sugar for our coffee and they brought cream. We asked for more regular coffee and we got decaf. We called for room service and breakfast was overcooked and had no flavor. We had a few glasses to be taken and they left them for days.
