"Clean simple room, did the job for a place to sleep for the night."

"The Inn was lovely. The room was small, but authentic and fine. The problem is the food service is very spotty. The restaurant has limited hours and days- no breakfast except on weekends. Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. "

"Hotel Maria is a real gem- low-key beach front, impeccably clean with a wonderful Italian restaurant right there overlooking the beach. I happened to meet the owner and he was incredibly gracious and welcoming. The hotel staff were so accomodating to all that we needed. "What a lovely little place. It is what it is; a refurbished roadside motel with modest rooms and fun decor but it does it so well. Adorable, great location, clean and nice mattresses. Really loved it."

"Super comfortable room right on the beach"

"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"The good: from the outside, it’s a motel you don’t expect much from, but the inside was remodeled and clean. The shower water pressure was amazing! Everything was fine and I’d absolutely stay here again. I do recommend it. The “could be better”: my only gripe was that there was not an outlet on or behind the work table. I needed to work and had to do so on the bed so I could have an outlet."
