"I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early."

"There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!"

"I checked into my room when I got there. Walked into it, and there was mold in my first room on the wall. So they moved me to a different room. The second room had red stains all over the bed. So I ended up just leaving not even staying the night. Do not stay here."
