Very nice hotel, and very nice staff very helpful. I stayed here during the ice storm so I took the last king suite. The staff was very helpful, but my room was dirty. I have several photos of mold, dust bugs, brown water coming from the ceiling and more.

This place did so many things right, but failed terribly with what mattered most. I'll start with that. The mattress was terrible. It was old, you could feel the springs, and zero support. In fact, when I sat on the edge to put on my socks, I about went to the floor. I felt every movement from my spouse. Shower pressure was low ... if you run really fast, you'll get a few drops on you. Now for the good stuff. It was very clean, right off the interstate, near UNC, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. I only give 3/5 but they are SOOOO close to a 5. The breakfast was "alright".
