Upon arrival we checked into our room and immediately noticed bugs, dirty tub, and sage that had been burned right outside the window. After we get a new room issued to us I noticed no microwave(didn’t say it came with one) but inconvenient. We also noticed someone’s ear buds that had been forgotten. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I love the room setups but they could definitely use a better clean.

Something, probably the lift made a loud mechanical noise in our room all night. Not good for a good nights sleep….

Location is great if you are mobile, but few dining venues near for families. Great Hall (type) reception, bar and dining area. Easy access to all places/rooms throughout. Complete set of fast, working elevators. Although it was an overnight stay waiting for a flight to Germany, it was very pleasant. I would definitely book longer stays at this Hilton.

Need to fix the shower in Room 406 as the controls are going to break. Shower door will not stay closed when in use.
