Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, the front desk staff was wonderful. The valet and security guys were hilarious and made it feel safe to be out and about throughout the night. Breakfast was great, the bar was very nice. The hotel is within a 12-15 minute walking distance of everything. Highly recommend staying here!

The property and room were clean. The room was spacious. The best part of our stay was the staff. From the front desk folks to the bartender were all kind and respectful. The valet staff were quick and helpful and the security folks were attentive and took care of business. They made our stay excellent !!! We will definitely remember to stay here again if we have to be in Charlotte.

This day was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff was very kind. The free breakfast in the morning is a great touch. The only thing is there’s no parking. There’s only valet which is $45 a day so if you are unaware do not be shocked. It is listed in the details.

Hotel was very maintained and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would say negatively is that their bar/restaurant needs to have a better food menu. It was just picking food so if you’re in the mood to just stay in the hotel and not go out eat, you’ll definitely need to order takeout!!
