broken a/c and portable fans were everywhere. roaches, the door handle fell off, the pool failed inspection and couldn't be used, the room didn't match what i picked, the gym missing equipment compared to the online images.

My 2nd room was doable. The hotel needs some work. Elevator was broken. Pool was closed for maintenance. Carpet throughout is very stained and frayed. Building was hot and smellled of mildew.

Hôtel terrible. L’hôtel semblait magnifique au départ avec de belles photos de la chambre et de la piscine, mais finalement ce fut un cauchemar. La chambre est dans un état lamentable. Des morceaux d’aliments au sol, des débris, de la moisissure au plafond. Mon plus jeune fils est allé aux toilettes et a vu une coquerelle. Les enfants ont eu peur, pleuré, ils ne voulaient plus dormir. On a pris la décision de quitter. Nous sommes restés environ 50 minutes dans la chambre et le reste du temps on se déplaçait dans l’hôtel. L’équipe de management ne veut pas rembourser disant que nous avons eu la chambre pour plus d’une heure et que la politique ne prévoit pas de remboursement après plus d’une heure. Je crois que contractuellement, la malpropreté et la découverte soudaine d’une coquerelle vient rompre le contrat. J’ai du quitter très tard, trouver un autre hôtel, bouger les bagages, vivre avec le trauma des enfants. J’exige encore à ce jour un remboursement complet. Cet hôtel ne répond plus aux standards de La Quinta et Wyndham. Évitez cet hôtel!

There were small insects in the room, ants in the breakfast area, and I even had to kill a baby cockroach. I’ve stayed at several La Quinta locations in the past and have generally had good experiences; that’s why I chose this one. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed this time.

They had to switch my room to the water in the bathtub was not working. Then the room that they switched me to the water pressure was extremely low. The hotel itself was extremely hot due to the air conditioning system not working. The pool was not open. The bright spot was the ladies at the service desk.

The property did not look like what is being advertised on Expedia. The lobby was without AC and it was super hot with fans everywhere blowing hot air. Staff was good and very apologetic. Upon entering my room, fridge did not work (no cold air). Carpet smelled musty and we had critters! Roaches! That I did not see til the next morning when I turned on the bathroom light! The hotel hallways rugs were dirty as if they have not been shampooed in years! But I’m assuming for the price it’s supposed to be acceptable?! Wrong! As a former hotel employee in NYC I hold every hotel in the most prestigious regard as they need to provide not only cleanliness but working equipment!

This property is not up to LaQuinta standards we expect. No air conditioning in lobby area, they had several fans and portable air conditioners running trying to give relieve to the staff. Everything was well worn with stained carpets. Dreaded what we would find once we got to our room. But surprisingly the room was spacious and clean. This hotel is showing its age.

I had to make an adjustment to my reservation and they were very helpful. My room was very nice and clean. The only thing that I noticed was that the carpet in the hallway could use a little cleaning and some of the employees only doors needed to be painted. I enjoyed my stay.

We were greeted by three police vehicles at the front door, no air conditioner in the lobby/breakfast just fans and air blowers. By the way the elevator is broken, the pool is close, the gazebo is blocked with yellow tape and no hot water (2) days. Not to mention that the room keys never worked when we got back to the room, we waited 50 minutes to get our keys to work and I was called rude. We never saw the housekeeper, we went to the laundry room to exchange the towels. The hallway was filthy and smelled like sour milk and the stairs like urine. You should not advertise and sell any of this garbage to anyone.

It smelled bad when we walked in. The rugs were dirty in every area. They only reason I gave it two star is because the room it self was ok and they had a waffle maker for breakfast lol literally a place to rest your eyes not to actually stay.

There was no A/C in the lobby or hallway on the floors. The only good thing was the room was clean and cool.

This was my first time staying at this location. I had a good room. It was nice and clean and I had hot water this time but they took $100 deposit from me that I never got back.

The lobby and hall is dirty the hot water was not working when I checked in and they knew it. I checked in at 9 PM. No one told me that they had someone in there that day working on the hot water. I went to my room to take a bath after working 16 hours that day no hot water I was told to let it run for 10 minutes because they were working on it earlier that day. No hot water. I went to bed woke up the next morning. Still no hot water I was supposed to stay another day but of course because they had no hot water. I wanted to leave. I also wanted a refund but I was told being that I stayed the night. I could not get a refund. I came in at 9 PM and I checked out around 9 AM. Paid for two nights. They canceled one night. I had no hot water. I didn’t get a discount or a refund.

I never got my room. I was hit with a 100 deposit which almost double the price of the room. They could not process my business card for the deposit. There was glass all over a parki g spot signifying that there had been a break in. There are at least four cameras that dont work. All in all it is not what is advertised. That was my problem.

Saw ants around breakfast food area. I also saw a big cockroach in a hallway. Carpet was very soiled and dirty. One of stairs ways smelled urine.There was no hot water during our stay, so we couldn't take a shower..Bed was very squeaky and sagging in the middle. Waffle batter dispenser was not working properly. Coffee at the ding room has lots of coffee grounds. Pool was closed and closed off gazebo. We felt like the hotel was worth my money. It was one of the worst hotels I stayed. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
