"It wasn't excellent it was outstanding in all respects! We were ministered to like kings and queens royalty. I wasn't expecting such amazing honest genuine concern for our needs. We hated to check out so soon, only because of distance to our extended family. The bus 23 goes to the metro Or you can rent a bicycle with a basket The neighboring Cafe and extension of the hotel shows they are popular and are in bug demand."

"This is in a good location close to the center of Copenhagen. We had a wonderful corner room with wide vistas. There are two NCH's in town, so make sure you go to the one you booked. My only quibble, is the lobby floor restaurant was a little nickel and dimey: they charge for bread and no tap water. They are not unusual with this as these limitations are common with many European hotels. Still, if you're spending $150 on a meal, a slice of bread or two seems like an easy way to elevate your...

"Recent reno done beautifuly. Consider a room facing away from the street as the close music venue can be annoying but moves inside by evening so moderates the sound somewhat. Choose the Expedia breakfast advance option (a good value) for an impressive buffet. Some Shower stalls rather small for a large person. Aside from the occasional concert, the hotel was very quite and staff well trained and friendly"

The hotel’s pillow and blankets have some smells, not from the cover sheet, it is from the insert inside…. It is a little disappointment for us. We paid $400+ per night, I would expect a clean bed without other people’s sweat smell…"
