"Nice. Check in was awesome and she was super nice! And maintenance guy was super nice! Complaints were breakfast ended early, outdoor space wasn’t clean, room table only had 1 chair and it was stained. We would stay agin but plan better!"

"Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash."

"staff at the front desk were excellent although we were assigned a room where the air conditioning did not work but they sent a mechanic to the room right away. When it was found the system would not work, they arranged to move us to another room but it had to be after we got back from a wedding at 11pm."

"Staff was friendly. Definitely an older hotel that has tried its best to modernize but a few things were showing their age. The other comments about noise were spot on. It seemed like sound really carried in this hotel and we could hear a lot of things, but we were only there one night so we just dealt with it. The EV charging was a nice touch and one of the reasons we booked here."

"This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink."

"Abdullahi Aden, at the front desk, was just wonderful! If it wasn't for him, this hotel would have received a really negative review from us. He was helpful in every way, from restaurant suggestions to taking our photos after an evening out. From first contact at the desk, he was smiling, cheerful, & just a picture of welcome to your establishment. He was there all the time, it seemed, so you are really lucky to have him. "Enter the lobby and you are overwhelmed by a spray air freshener! Like getting sneezed on by a bathbomb! Horrible Manger was rude and not helpful! I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!"

"This is clearly an older property, with externally-facing room doors. When we pulled in (late afternoon), there were almost no cars. I was a little worried. But for basic, clean accommodations it was fine."
