"Most staff was kind and very helpful. Property older but clean. But I was very frustrated to be charged for water bottles I was given upon arrival without asking. When I mentioned it at check out, I was told that it couldn’t be refunded. The price was outrageous. I’m very disappointed as this is a hotel chain that we seek out and had found to be reliable."

The reservation said the room would be ready for check in at 3:00, but it wasn't ready until almost 4:00. The staff was apologetic and friendly, but overall a little disappointed."

"Rooms were clean, plenty of towels. Easy access to restaurants and the stadium. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent. Headboard on the beds have built in lamps and one light wouldn’t turn off, it malfunctioned, so that was annoying trying to sleep but everything else was great."

"One thing I'd like to recommend, as a slightly short senior citizen: the mattresses were so high that I had to put a chair cushion on the floor and could just barely get into the bed! Could you provide a step stool on request? Thank you!"
