"Very nice bar"

"The hotel itself is lovely and very conveniently placed to visit the cathedral. However there are so many one way, very narrow streets, it's very difficult to find the hotel parking. You have to drive through a road bollard & get it lowered by pressing a button to ask. Nowhere is that mentioned & it definitely should be! "

"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean.
