Sinon personnel serviable."

"The toilet has inadequate space for adults in the lower floor levels. The hotel is not air-conditioned, which under normal circumstances would not be an issue, but even with the fan supplied, the room was about 30 C"

"The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
One of the lifts was broken, which made access to the floors very difficult, especially with luggage and a torn ACL.
