Enfin un hotelier qui respecte ses clients.

Reloger au logis de france, l'hôtel etait fermé pendant la période Covid. Acceuil et service irréprochable, enfin un hôtelier qui a compris ce qu'était le terme service et relation client.

Bienvenue dans les 80's

Un confort et un ameublement d'un autre age, faux plafond en dalle avec lumière intégrée, une salle d'eau digne du camping des flots bleus, la moquette design et le coup de peinture ne suffisent pas à masquer une conception datée. Au tarif affiché c'est un peu abuser. Heureusement que le personnel est agréable ça aide à faire passer la pilule.

Nous avons du réserver un hôtel à Château Gontier à l'occasion d'un deuil. Prix exorbitant de 67 € pour une chambre à lits jumeaux.... Sans les petits déjeuners !!! Exagéré. Nous arrivons à 17h15.... Hôtel fermé. Réouverture à 17h30. Élément non précisé lors de la réservation. Après un voyage de 5h avec des circonstances pénibles..... C'est agaçant. Difficile de dormir près d'une chaufferie. Il fait chaud dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner absolument pas à la hauteur du prix. On ne peut plus basic. C'est vraiment un 2 étoiles avec un prix trop élevé.

Chambre et hôtel propre. Personnel accueillant. Chambre calme par rapport aux bruits extérieurs, mais on entend les autres clients marcher (surement des clients peu discrets). Cependant les services annoncés ne sont pas au rdv : - Climatisation : un ventilateur ne peut être considéré comme climatisation - Chaines satellites : ajouter 5 chaines aux chaines de la TNT, sans Canal +, c'est très léger pour annoncer cet argument. - Wifi : certes gratuit, mais d'une piètre qualité.

At the time of year we stopped it was Ok, restaurant right next door closed, we had to go into town for food. Place it self Ok, event though they say the speak English the receptionist while nice and as helpful as possible DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. I would not want the room in the summer as it had no AirCon
