"The room and building were very clean. The check in employee, Alexis was incredibly friendly and kind very efficient - During our later then expected check in. The free breakfast is a plus and wasn’t too bad on the variety selection. The pool is indoors so it is open year round. "

"Overnight stay was in a quiet room, with Clean bathroom and clean bedding. A comfortable bed, adequate supplies, staff friendly, ample parking. Hotel 5” drive off the 80/90 thruway w many food choices along the way. LQ hotel offered mini breakfast from 7-9, but missed it. "

"The staff is less than helpful, the cleaning crew was doing rounds. I set my trash outside of the room and the front desk clerk got an attitude about how I ca walk to the dumpster. I will not be doing that when I was traveling with a child. Absolutely rude staff at the front desk."

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for breakfast."

"The hotel is beautiful! Quiet and well maintained. The staff is AMAZING! Friendly and super helpful. We loved our stay so much we extended our stay an extra day to relax by the pool. I’m sorry to say that the breakfast is not very good at all. But that is the ONLY improvement. Everything else is spot on."

"The room and facility was Ok, not great. Carpet was a bit dirty and old, the shower was hard to turn on (faucet was old and worn) and we had to call for a hair dryer. Staff was nice and responsive. Overall, it was OK for a one night stay"
