Nice greeting, even though we were checking in late. Inexpensive snacks available. Breakfast was awesome and the noon checkout for the weekend—-divine. We came from Cedar Point, were exhausted, got up early for breakfast, went back to bed, and were refreshed (and the driver safe) when we got on the road a noon.

Clean and Cozy Hotel

We were very pleased with our stay at the Holiday Inn in Fremont. The hotel is newly-renovated, very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

Very comfortable room. Clean. Only complaint is the products they use. Dial is awful. Too heavily perfumed. And lose the Scentsi in the room. I have allergies and can’t tolerate them.

Comfortable stay. Check in did not go smoothly as room was not ready and the person at the desk was multitasking and not welcoming. However, check out wasn’t well!

The hotel was very nice and the staff were great. My room was very dirty. Sheets were dirty and had blood on them. The bathroom was dirty. Dust under the sink and holder for toilet paper was horrible. Not happy with Expedia either. I put in the date I needed and your system change the date. Cost me extra to fix your error. Same hotel and date happened to another person. His reservation was changed like mine was. He booked a day later than me.

Disappointing

When I arrived I found 2 blue contact lenses on the carpet. I informed the front desk , nice girl offered me another room but I declined The next morning I woke up to the small refrigerator leaking. A huge puddle on the floor. Good thing I didn’t slip. The employees were nice put a “ ticket “ in to have it checked out. I later found out they said there was nothing wrong with it . I guess the wet towel I put down to sop up the water didn’t mean anything to them I should taken pictures It’s still under renovations. I didn’t realize the pool is being renovated also. They were going to give me a discount for the inconvenience but since I booked through Hotels.com , they couldn’t. Never again .
