"Magnifique petit hôtel ! Nous y avons séjourné en famille et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Malheureusement, c’était l’hiver, donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter des autres services, mais tout était impeccable et très propre. Petit point à noter : la cuisine se limite à un four/micro-ondes et non à une cuisine complète. À part cela, tout était parfait !"

"The turret room was exceptional. We felt like medieval royalty. Olivier and his staff were so welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast in front of the fire and were given a personal tour of the old aquarium cave and the new sauna and spa rooms. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip to France. The only thing missing was some sunshine."

Spa facilities are excellent - I would highly recommend a massage and if needed the acupuncture - worked wonders for me. Tattoos can be arranged too. "Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in November so it was low season and there was nobody else around to be seen. Bedspread had a large rip. Bed was, however, comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. "

"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."
