"The location of this hotel is great. Parking is easy, but it's 16$ per day. Rooms are comfortable, AC is noisy, but besides that it's very quite. Breakfast is plenty, and very standard hotel breakfast. All in all we had a very nice stay"

"Clean room & good staff. I liked the location, but some people may not like the trains going by. My only complaint was the noise from the room Nextdoor. The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. "Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"
