Nice and quiet! The rooms are very clean with a kitchenette that has a 3/4 size fridge. First floor has a play area for kids and board games for older kids and adults. The outdoor pool has a slide and splash buckets to make it fun for kits. Patio area has nice seating and has a fire pit that makes even more enjoyable at night. It's right off the interstate away from all the traffic, but not far from shopping squares. Will plan my next stay there again while visiting the Chattanooga area.

Brand new location. The property itself was great. Terrible customer service representative, Mitchell who was working the front desk this morning 10-16-26. He acts like you’re bothering him when you ask a question and when I had a problem with my reservation, he could not have made it more clear that he did not care. I’d recommend he look into another line of work. The BIGGEST issue I had was the bogus phone number listed, included in the confirmation, and even from Mitchell himself. It gives the message of “this person cannot be reached” or “this call cannot be completed right now.” I called multiple days and multiple times. He slipped and gave me other phone number which will get you in touch with corporate. After being on the phone explaining my issue (the hotel cancelled my reservation for the second night of our stay AFTER we checked in the first night! Terrible customer service and support. Do not recommend Hilton hotels.
