"If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The pool has been down for months but they won’t tell you that until you check in. Won’t be fixed anytime soon. It’s filled with mold. The rooms are falling apart. For our two rooms we had to switch rooms a total of 6 times. One room filled with roaches, one had needles in the bathroom left over from previous people, there were cigarettes in the next room with left over food in the bed. One rooms door wouldn’t open and the next room the door lock and handle literally fell apart. They gave our room to someone else checking in so those people walked into our room while we there. Their breakfast was limited to bagels and waffles cause everything was broke. Every time we used our keys, we had to go get new ones cause they wouldn’t work. Staff was rude. They allowed teenage highschool parties to run the halls and scream up and down the hallways. There is holes under the carpet in the hallways that you can’t see until you’re tripping over one. Worst place I’ve ever stayed and won’t be back. Stay at your own risk but new owners don’t care and it shows. Place is falling apart."
